He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Music Business from the Mike Curb College of Entertainment and Music Business at Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee. Cooper subsequently obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, graduating Order of the Coif, and serving as an Assistant Managing Editor on Oklahoma Law Review.
